DMCA Policy for Smoked Salmon Dip

Smoked Salmon Dip ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website and how copyright owners can submit infringement notices.

We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their access to Smoked Salmon Dip services terminated.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Smoked Salmon Dip was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
